Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) Specimen Submissions
Specimens are processed within 30 min after acceptance. Submssions by pneumatic tube are not possible.
Submission Deadline: 3:30 p.m.!
- for CSF status: 4 ml + 1 serum vial
- for dementia marker determination: an additional 2ml of CSF
- for the production of CSF preparations: 4-6 ml of CSF
