On 1 September 2025, the new trainees at Magdeburg University Hospital began their theoretical nursing training in the modern facilities on the first floor of the Neustädter Höfe building. The move marks an important milestone after six successful years at the previous location.

How can gender-specific differences in medicine be researched, communicated and applied in a more targeted manner? This key question will be the focus of the 11th International Congress of the International Society of Gender Medicine (IGM), which will take place on 18 and 19 September 2025 at the Johanniskirche in Magdeburg.

The focus will be on innovative approaches such as immunotherapy and theranostics. An event organised by Magdeburg University Hospital in cooperation with Urania and Volksstimme.
